The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® program is a radical and innovative process designed to enhance business performance through building with LEGO bricks. Build team skills for better communication, imagination, confidence, commitment and insight.The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Connections Kit is designed to focus 10-12 workshop participants on the relations and connections structure of the business landscape with its network of interdependent agents. Build, discuss and explore how the system responds to change using an assortment of long LEGO bricks, connecting elements, spiral tubes, ladders, fences, bridges and strings. The 10 identical kits and 3 light gray plastic sorting trays included are designed to support application techniques 5, 6 and 7 of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and work in conjunction with the 2000414 Starter Kit and the 2000430 Identity and Landscape Kit.
